Lost Canyons is located in Simi Valley off the 118 Freeway just minutes from downtown Los Angeles, yet another world away. Come see why the Sky and Shadow Courses at Lost Canyons were recognized as Top 10 Best New Courses by Golf Magazine (2001 Sky and 2002 Shadow).

I played the shadow course on a windy day. It was extremely difficult. I hear the sky course is harder, but I’d rather not find out. I’m a 6 handicap and I hit the ball well and shot an 84 (with one eagle). Go figure.
There are cheaper courses in the LA area but not many that are as scenic.
I frequently play here Saturday afternoons. The greens are a bit bumpy and marked up by the afternoons here, but it’s still a great course. I live in Simi and my other choice is a poorly maintained muni.
